MY so called FRIENDS...

What is really a so called friend? This are the common definition of friends:
1. A person whom one knows, likes, and trusts.
2. A person whom one knows; an acquaintance.
3. A person with whom one is allied in a struggle or cause; a comrade.
4. One who supports, sympathizes with, or patronizes a group, cause, or movement: friends of the clean air movement.

All of us have our own set of friends, and each friend are unique and especial. We do have a unique set of friends for we are also unique. Unique in a way the we do have our own likes and dislike, that's our basis or criteria on how we will choose our set of friends. I define friend as one who can be with us no matter what happened, whenever we sad he/she's there to offer a shoulder to cry on, when we're in joy, he/she's there to join the celebration, and most especially, through ups and down he/she's still holding on. I'm not peaky in choosing a friend for I;m a kind of person who used or able to adapt different attitude. I understand what is culture diversity therefore I can also understand others feelings. Many of us used to run to there friends when there's a problem or trouble rather than going to there parents, this is so common among us especially ages 13-17. I see no wrong about having friends but we should also choose friends that could guide us in our journey to success not to guide as in failure and non-sense life. I thank God for the set of friends I have know. How about you?

I guess not all of us appreciates our name, especially those person does not like there names. Me? I'm proud of it, by the way before I forget let me tell my name, I'm "Boyle Flores Regulacion" name after the great scientist Robert Boyle, ooops! that's a joke! Its so funny why I got this name. Would you like to know where did my mom got this?, okey I'll tell you. My mom get my name in a sari-sari store which was named "BOYEL, she read it [BO-YEL]. After that she changed the spelling into "BOYLE but still pronounced it as [BO-YEL]. I can laugh to myself whenever I remember the story of my name because many though that it comes from the great scientist Robert Boyle. My teachers were telling me that a must be smart for my name comes from a smart man. I would just reply with a smile. Each of us has a story to tell about our name, and I know each of us treasures this story. Some are cool, some are weird, others are funny and others are corny. But this is how it made as unique. We fell feel especial when someone calls us with our name, isn't it? I have shared my story, how about yours?(°°)

Why I Choose Nursing and Not other Course?

Why I Choose Nursing and Not other Course?

Nursing is one of the most in-demand job on the foreign countries especially in America, Europe, Middle East and many more. I won't deny the fact that I took up nursing for I was amazed on the money that I could earn when I can go abroad. To earn green bills or "euros" to buy all he things that I wanted and to have a very financially stable life when I grew up while building my own family. I've already gone to United States once and I know all the things about there, I have visited lots of places and different wonders of US, that is why I took up nursing to hopefully go back there and fortunately work there.
Now, I'm already second year on my nursing career and I have learned lots of things and important lesson that I should be equipped of. I have gone to different communities which are very poor communities, this exposures have awaken my mind to what is really the essence of being a nurse. According to my subject in Nursing Ethics, a Nurse should work with unconditional love and give care to the people especially to those who are poor. To threat all the client as equal in the society no matter what they are and who they are. By this kind of lessons, it changed my perception of being a nurse someday, that as a Filipino nurse I should work with my fellowmen in order to help them and alleviate them from suffering. That there is no price that could repay the happiness and love that I could give to them. My countrymen needs me more than the people in America or any other nations. "As a good nurse I should see the positive side why I become a nurse not why I should be a nurse". I hope you get my point with that statement. That you can earn money in many ways but the love and respect that you can earn in return to the care that you have given to your clients is more than a billion.
I hope I'm not the only nursing student and a nurse someday who have realized this things. I know that my simple service to the people could change our society in the near people, that I can be a good example for the success of our nation.
